Yoga for Beginners

A 90-Minute Workshop via Zoom

When: Sunday, May 15 at 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. ET

In a crowded group class, you may not have a chance to ask questions or get feedback on your form.

By learning foundations and specific modifications that work for you, you will deepen your practice.

Workshop Breakdown

(I) Introduction: discussion, breathwork and warm up (30 minutes)

​

(II) Vinyasa sequence deep dive: observation, modifications and feedback (30 minutes)

​

(III) Power flow: a guided flow focused on building strength and flexibility using the traditional vinyasa sequence (30 minutes)

​

You will need:

Yoga mat

Yoga blocks

Towel

Yoga strap (optional)
