Throughout the course of 10 days, you will be getting pre-recorded video tutorials and flows guiding you through every step of this journey.

  • Learn the basics of traditional vinyasa practice 

  • Get into a habit of practicing daily

  • Learn some of the most commonly practiced yoga postures and modifications for your level

  • Get comfortable with yoga props, such as yoga blocks, to increase your range of motion

  • Develop strength and flexibility at your own pace

  • Master the basic yoga breath and the concept of moving meditation
