You're a busy woman overwhelmed with all the workout options and not sure what is the best way to start. I've been there. Irregularly going to fitness classes, Zumba and occasional yoga. My lifestyle shift happened when I started moving daily.

I'm confident that with these short, gentle yet effective, daily sessions you'll build a habit of getting onto your mat and moving daily. These are gentle enough to do any time during the day as long as you have 15 minutes. You can stack these one after another for a longer session or do them as a warm up for another exercise program.
